Welcome on TL Atul,
Good try for a first post. There are plenty of ways of taking a picture, so are the ways to look at a picture.
The good points on your picture are the light, the foreground still visible (not too dark and not too clear).
The "weak" points are the image is too centered. Both the vegetation and the sun are right in the middle of your shot. There is also a slight tilt on the left, the horizon line is not exactly straight (but this may not be a major problem).
As I said this is my point of view, there are differents ones.
Take your time and think about "what", "how" and "why" you want to take a particular picture...
