[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was out at 6pm, 100F, heat index 106F...riding... and of course, under these conditions, the light is always dramatic. We are literally burning up in Texas... they are asking us to turn off all appliances from 4-9PM everyday... water rationing is now mandatory.... help? Could someone PLEASE send us a Tropical system.. I'd even take a Hurricane at this point....

Light is everything and you captured it well in this shot...congratulations.

Hello Linda

Love the long shadows and the POV. Awesome work. I like the pp work here also. Hate to see the conditions there. We were like that about 4 years ago. Nasty during a drought for sure.

very intresting
I think it is lovey time of a day

When I first saw this shot I immediately knew it could only be from you, Linda B-)

Great scene with amazing "divine" light which is making its way to bless all of us.
Te clouds bring immense drama and a well kept play between the light and shadow adds mood into the scene.

The picture is razor-sharp and colors are well shown.
Great job!

My regards,

I like the mood you created here, Linda. The backlighting is working marvelously and the HDR treatment has enhanced the composition, making it more dramatic and attractive.
I like the soft overall effect. A good POV.
Well done, a splendid composition.
My regards,

Francis Xavier

Sorry about that awful weather you're having up there. We rarely get over 82F.
This looks like it would be good to be out on your bike at this time in the morning with all the shade from the trees on the road.
Nice one

Hi Linda,

I love the atmosphere of this photo!
A good mix with light and darkness, mystism and drama.
What I prefer is the long shadows and the incredible color of sky.
I hope you will have a lot of rain soon!
