To me Mushtaq the light is excellent. The bright sky silhoetting the bare tree, with the wide angle works very nicely! Great use of shadow too.

great work Mushtaq!
the shadow is strong and threatening, coming from the tree shape right to us!
b&w version is better in my opinion, because this shot is about light and shapes, not about colors.
very nice image, really impressive. This is photography!! congrats my friend

Boa tarde dear Mushtaq,
Excellent (and difficult) composition in B&W! I love the contrast between the sky and shadows.
Parabéns e um grande abraço,

you did a good job with hiding the sun from your camera while catching such a clear shadow of the tree's trunk.
the B&W version enhances the fabulous silhouettes in an artistic way. The original version shows the desert's beauty at dusk. (I like the colors).

Hello, Mushtaq -
Wonderful image - the POV from the shadow of the magnificent tree is inspired. The rugged landscape is clear and sharp. Great atmosphere. Very nice work.

Another lesson from your behalf on the appropriate use of available lighting! The back lighting is casting a fabulous tall shadow of the tree which is leading us into such depth into the perspective.
A nice B&W shot with superb contrast and perfect light management.

Beautiful view of this lonely tree, captured with an excellent light. Nice long shadow . The B/W gives a special mood to the scene, but I also like the color version very much.
Congratulations my friend on this lovely image.
Have a nice week.

I watched the WS and I must say I like both versions.
This b&w atsmophere accentuates the loneliness of this tree.
There are good contrasts and a very good light managed.
Clever pov and great use of shadow.
My best regards

I like this composition for its simplicity especially that it is in B&W. I like your pov and it has a good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

Excellent silhouette haloed by a beautiful silver sky. This black and white image is elegant in its composition.
It's amazing how the shadows lengthen on the floor.
Congratulations dear friend Mushtaq for this great work.
My friendships and enjoyable week.

this back light is fantastic to show us illusionary silhouette of the lone tree,
and its shadow feels so powerful that it looks more realistic than the actual figure of tree here,
nice B&W gradational toned image, and distant back view is wonderful too,
thank you for your excellent shot,

Good idea to put the color version in the WS to compare Mushtaq and since you ask what i think i would say yes it is a little more dramatic in B&W but the color one shows not only beautiful tones but i can make out slightly better details on the tree and the long shadow as well, a bit more that is visually speaking , i prefer the color one .
It looks as if rain has not fallen here for a long period of time , probably long enough to have dried the lake up , the drought has not inhibited the growth of trees.. well..to a point , whether this large one has stopped enlarging for lack of sufficient water in this harsh environment it still is a proud individual , great sky to bring it to the fore even more , not a bad looking presentation my friend , keep it up ,

Your nature photos are getting better and better ! Great eye on this photo- a nice conversion to black/white. I love the long shadow and details from the tree. Well composed and TFS Julie

While both versions are nice, I agree that the B&W version has more impact. The silhouette of the tree and long shadow are nicely captured in this contrast laden scene. Nicely spotted and executed.

Perfect silhouette of lonely tree on sky. I liked light and texture on ground. Shadow at front add depthness effect

Boa noite Mushtaq
The good point of color version is to see more details of the place instead of B/W where the atmosphere came more interesting. Your note is, for me ,more in acord with color version.
you did a good photo.

Here I'm at my destination, today it is connected on wireless and enjoying in a limited access. I see here some hing fresh from Quetta that looks faraway but shot well with a nice composition and view. Yesterday I visited the Nayarawan Royal Palace and made many shots, here on my way back found this..
hope to show more of daily life over here, TFS.
