[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There was a heatwave yesterday when I meet these guys. They just started the underground work for a newly constructed building. Very hot summer and heatwave makes difficulties for them but they don't bother about it instead, when I talk to them they're happy to be part of soon another new high rise building to come.

Pp work

Levels, converted to B&W then desaturate, applied blurry filters in some areas, dodge and burn, USM and resized for TL.
