This is the leaf of a Palm tree in the Conservatory at the National Botanic Gardens Dublin.
It reminded me of a (Peacocks Plummage) thus the name.

Hello dear Dermot!

Nice shot but here the reflection of the flash light from the leaves are not looking so good, as it is hiding the original color tones. You could have done this without the flash controlling the exposure and ISO.. just an opinion.
The eye is placed well in frame and focused. Your signature is very big and is distracting.
