[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This photo is posted for walk33a, Dennis Wright, he posted yesterday a photo of a church as he was experimenting with his new 14mm lens, this is a very similar photo as I was walking around Devonport experimenting with my new 12-14mm lens.

Different part of the world and almost the same photo, SNAP !!!

Thanks for looking.

Hello Ralph,

Beautiful church, excellent POV.
I did a WS and hope you don't mind.
Best regards,
Sergio

(*) I haven't more smiles today.

Awesome shot! The wide lens is perfect for this kind of capture and the deep saturation is stunning here. Good details, good composition - nicely balanced.

Hi Ralph!

I don't know what happened, but I had left a comment earlier, but it's gone now. Maybe I forgot to push the button, or it was removed by the Amin. ...it wouldn't be the first time. It seems they've been active lately. Thanks for contacting me, because I wouldn't have known otherwise.

Anyway, I love your post!!! Yours is so much better than mine!!!
I really like the contrast and color that you have. I'm not as crazy about Sergio's WS, so it must just be a matter of taste. Your sky looks awesome here; I think clouds add much to a photo.

Amazing that we captured similar shots, and were TL neighbors two days in a row.

Excellent composition Ralph. You should be very pleased with this.

Thank you for posting this for me! I'm honored.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Dennis

Excellent presentation Ralph, symmetry, saturation and clarity are spot on, clouds on are the added bonus, well done..

Stunning architectural photograph with good symmetry and sharpness. The colours seem very saturated but this could be the filter. Nice dedication to a great photographer and I am sure Dennis would appreciate this! Thanks for commenting on my picture and have a great day mate...

cheers,

Dilshan

Hi Ralph.
Nice image with this beautiful church.
Wonderful combination of colors between blue of the sky and red-brown of building.

Hi Ralph,

nice day for capturing this photo. I like the blue sky with clouds. very good wide angle shot of a beautiful building.

Nasra.

Hi Ralph

I know this church well - I live nearby.
Very good composition indeed. I've struggled to get a decent shot of it. Nice lens.
I did think it looked a bit redder than I remember so I did a workshop.

Cheers
Carl
