[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was revealed and officially confirmed Burj Khalifa formerly Burj Dubai is the tallest structure building in the world. The giant 828 meter high ,200+ floor structure was finally inaugurated last night, the opening ceremony was greeted with an awesome display of fireworks from top to bottom and around the building, although the fireworks went so fast, lucky enough for me to get some descent shot on the other side of Shk. Zayed road.

catched very well.
thank you.
happy new year to you too.

By now I have seen a lot of photos and videos of the fireworks on the Burj Dubai (Khalifa), and I've got to say that this is one of the best of them!

The framing of this image is also excellent. Overall I believe it's superb. Well done.

Hi Andres

The tallest ... just a pity it's so ugly!

One of the most photographed landmarks in TL, more so than the Empire State Building or London Eye or Eiffel Tower - due partly to a huge migrant-worker population in Dubai with disposable income, expensive cameras, and nothing to point their lenses at except desert and highrises!

Still, you framed this one well and made good use of the long exposure.

Hi Anders,

Nice capture of this tall tower and the fireworks. However one can not fail to think that all this is like a house of cards, built on borrowed money that probably will not be paid back, and built by what most people say using almost slave labour.

The fireworks reminds one of Nero playing the violin while Rome was on fire.

Hi Andres,
Beautiful presentation of th Burj Dubai the tallest structure building in the world,
wanderful caught of view of the fireworks is great..
Amazing show and nocture capture of the biggest tower..
very well done.

Hello Andres,

After all the media attention , the magic evening finally came. You captured well the moment here. I might just have off-centered the tower a bit. But it a cool shot.

I sincerely hope it will be a durable construction.
Cheers to all the workers who contributed to its construction.
