VERY interesting piece of art,I quite like it, so unique. The blue sky brings out the details well, nice composition here, especially with the horizon and the sea either side. Colours are nice and natural too. Well captured.

Hello, Kristof -
I see you were hunting in my old playground, Lausanne. I spent many a day at this lakefront park in Ouchy during my time in that beautiful city. You caught this sculpture at a great moment because the sun has created such fantastic highlights on the curved metal. Very sharp details of the sculpture; I also like that you centered it (I think the "rule of 3rds" was made to be broken as often as observed). Well done.

Tu as fait une belle representation de cette sculpture en acier inoxydable connue de tous les Lausannois est qui est l'oeuvre d'Ángel Duarte, artiste de renommée internationale. Elle a été offerte par le Rotary International à la Ville de Lausanne à l'occasion de son congrès mondial. « Ouverture au monde » représente la figure de 6 demi-hyperboloïdes de révolution, formés à l'aide de 36 panneaux en forme de losange.
