Taken at a sculpture exhibition that is held at the navy fort at Devonport every two years as a fundraiser for Woman's refuge. New Zealand artists, plus local schools contribute work for exhibition and sale.

This sculpture stood around 1.5m high. The curves are suggestive of the female body, voluptuous and sensual.

Interesting sculpture - delivered well! I like your POV, the strong contrast between sculpture and background, and the slightly-stippled texture of the white surfaces.
Nice job

hello Karen,
I love these shapes and the way that you have presented them. The shapes have tactile quality that your photograph illustrates very well. Well composed too.

Striking High Key shot Karen, well captured

Gorgeous curved lines, very suggestive and sensual, indeed!
You chose a superb angle for put them in the best value.
What attires my attention is the impeccable rendered of white with subtle nuances. Beautifully done! Annie

Hi Karen,
I do like the curves here. Well composed POV looking upwards, and the shadow looks good too.
I didn't see this one when I was there last week. Some very interesting exhibits - and expensive too,
Good to see you

Hiya M8
