[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Close up of a Sundew (Drosera) plant in my garden.
From Wiki:
These members of the family Droseraceae lure, capture, and digest insects using stalked mucilaginous glands covering their leaf surface. The insects are used to supplement the poor mineral nutrition that sundews are able to obtain from the soil they grow in. Various species, which vary greatly in size and form, can be found growing natively on every continent except Antarctica.

Handheld, with Canon twin lite flash.
PP: Cropping, Level adjustments and colour saturation, Frame and Signature all using PS CS3.

Hi,
beautiful macro shot, wonderful colours and perfect effect
regards
Ryszard

wonderful macro of the weird plant and focuses nicely on the droplets.tfs

Beautiful macro Charles.
Love the red and green of the sundew.I really like the effect you have achieved with the little droplets, in the way that they catch and reflect the light.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Well composed shot with some interesting shapes. There doesn't seem to be a clear focal point in the picture, but works well as an abstract shot as opposed to a study of the plant.
Thanks for sharing
Mark

Nice Macro shot of a Sundew (Drosera) plant with the dewdrop bulbs that give it a lovely look and make it very appealing to the viewers. TFS. Best wishes.
