Sawadee krub everybody,

Songkrang 2008,Still in the surrounded outside of The Ubosoth (Chapel),house the Emerald Buddha,.This outside gallery had composed of many Thai architecture element that also included Garuda(mythical bird) and Naga(mythical serpent) too.In this place this element had representing the power of virtue(garuda as vehicle and servant of Brahmā)Beaten the bad(Naga) at their feet. This element had normally use in the base of Royal Thai architecture.

For post process,I croped and used curve a little bit to composition and adjust contrast.Second,I used shadow/hight light to open detail on high light area that relect from outside light.Secondly,I use color balance and hue/saturation tool to adjust the color. Finally,I used smart sharpen, framing and resize to finish.

For information in brife: The Ubosoth (Chapel) was built in 1783 in order to house the Emerald Buddha. The pediment was carved into Phra Narai (Vishnu) on Garuda (half bird-half man), the latter holding the tail of Naga (mythical serpent). Surrounded the Ubosoth, there's wall topped by double Sema stones that inside the area is for the ordination.

Hi Prapat,
A good selection of aperture to create a shallow dof, bringing attention to the upfront statue. Details are well captured, and colors are vivid. I like the perspective as well.

Ramdan
