Oh what a spectacular trip.

This trip included marvelous conversations, excessive bus rides and talks that spanned from 11pm to 4am. Words like brilliant and begonia were all over the place, Nikons and stray cats entertained us and most of all everyone loved the company of one another.

From Vancouver to Milan, Sorrento to Kirrha and finally Athens back to London and then home to Vancouver again. It ended all too short, but it was what it was!

And now, here's one of the many songs from the trip:

Three Little Birds - Bob Marley

P.S. We ventured into the freezing Mediterranean that night ... we may or may not have stepped on some sea urchins, and perhaps caught colds ... but it was worth it.

Beautiful composition! I think the tilt is interesting and eyecatching. Awesome silhouette and a beautiful sunset and clouds captured.
Wonderful shot!

Beautiful colours, Biance... the tilt suggest the use of some ούζο and the and the pose depicted shows a dance like the χασάπικο or 'sirtaki'.
I really love the neatness, and the silhouette captured.

"we may or may not have stepped on some sea urchins. LOL. This phrase suggests plenty of ούζο :oP... you'd definitely know it if you had!

welcome back biance :)

i think the tilted camera angle and rich blue tones are what make this image :)

it has turned out perfectly as regards exposure... and, as kohi puts it, the human element turns photos into images :)

its good to have you back :) looking forward to seeing more from your trip :)

thanks for sharing :) smile now :)

I have wanted to find an image of yours to put into my digital mona lisa... but tbh I only award that to digital images of a certain calibre... cant believe it... I found the Biance le roux digital mona lisa. fabulous, titilating image. gorgeous ambient mood, I think this would be excellent as a larger image and produced as a poster. What is the highest resolution you have this in?
Would prefer it with a more slender white border and I agree with mark25 that what makes this is the dutch angle. decidedly good work.
