Avation shots like this can be posted anytime.
Nowadays it is getting much more difficult for us common people to visit the cockpit and you not only gave a great impression of the cockpit but the view outside is wonderful!
Dat rood/wit/blauwtje ken ik alleen van het luchtvaart museum in Soesterberg, veel leuker om het te zien vliegen.

Great to see formation flying - from inside one of the participants! I can only imagine the thrill it must give you, it's fun enough seeing it in an 800-pixel-wide shot on the net!
Excellent sharpness throughout the shot, good use of flash to balance out the levels, very professional.

This is a fantastic shot, I love seeing the other aircraft so close. Great colours and details.
I love formation flying but this is a bit bigger aircraft than I am used to flying with.

Hello Edwin ,
You should change your nickname to a more suitable one i.e WOW ! instead of OWO ( ^_^ )
The best and certainly most original one ! It seems we are sitting in the cockpit as the details are accurate and the colors are so bright and bold.
A wonderful addition to the theme ,

WOW!!! How fortunate for you to fly these planes! I love aviation and could fly every day (as a passenger :D). This would be my ultimate dream! I do hope to fly in a bi-plane next month as a birthday present to myself.
I'm so glad you have posted this photo. It's a remarkable view that many will never get to experience. The pov is absolutely outstanding!! The framing of the pilot with the window is a nice effect. Just Awesome!
It's a favorite!! Thanks

Jammer dat je dit met je F-50 niet meer mag doen! Gave plaat man, het echte vliegwerk, prima scherptediepte, gave heldere kleuren.
Helemaal top mijn vriend!
A great contribution to the "Flight" theme
One of the best aviation shots I hve ever seen!!
What a details, super and to be there you realy are a lucky devil
Prachtige opname Edwin!

Wow! Edwin, it is really kool, watching the other plane just right there... it look unreal to me... hehehe, not that your photos is unreal, but it just look to me like watching those movie set, (of cos I know is real). Great sharpness and pov! Salute!

Thanks for your kind word about may last post of that red-winged Blackbird. QWhat on an aircraft you call "leading edges" is known as "bords d'attaques" in French.
You got a real great shot here. You know, not many people have the chance to make such photos. That one is very sharp and the situation is stunning for me who never flies in the cockpit. It's particular to see all those dials and buttons and the attitude of the pilot looking at the other plane as though they were waiting for the trafic to turn green.
Very good photo.Bravo

You are a very lucky man, to have the chance to make such pictures. It's great to see that the inside of the cockpit you're in is bright and clear as the plain outside. Very nice done.

Great shot. Perfect exposure and very well compoed. It gives us a real feeling of being in the action. Great work

10/10, because it is something about aircraft.
But that wouldn't do your work here justice.
Amazing detail and beautiful compo. Working with the light in an aircraft is difficult, especially the bright outside and dark inside. How did you get the exposure right? To have such detail in both areas?
- eyesthetix (8722)
- [2008-03-31 6:23]
Hi Edwin !
this is really impressive !
The exposure is well balanced (this sort of situation can be tricky- with the extreme light conditions. If nit handled carefully as you did here, it can sometimes mean the outside will be grossly over-exposed. nd if exposure suits the outside, then the inside will be in full silhouette :-))
Not so here though, as you have shown very good skill. Did you use as flash..??
Well done. Best regards, Daniel

A view the rest of us never got to see, and, you honor us with a deadly sharp and well presented view of the whole thing; talk about "being there", this does it for me.
The colors and sharpness are great but the pilot's attitude, physical and seeming mental, are a key to the emotion as well as a guide to the rest of the presentation.
Well conceived and shown,
Thanks much for sharing,
