. . . . . . .

This is just a symbolic of a game with just a king and two rooks protecting him . . no other pieces remaining . .

Some organization does not have a succession plan to nurture and develop to become the king, queen, bishop, knight or leader . . no pawns as raw material to be developed . . no queen, bishops nor knights who builds and protects the pawns . .

I learn this philosophic theory from my leadership advisor . . Leader has vision and strategy . . and also develop his people to become a leader, and one day will take charge the organization . .
This steps will make the organization sustain and grow extraordinary . . Trust will be built along the way of the journey . . Not an overnight work to make a leader . .

Hope we can learn from this simple chess strategy . .

Thank for viewing it . .

Superb Shot Tjutjut :)

I like the composition! Well presented

My compliments

"Some organization does not have a succession plan to replace the king or leader"

In chess, once the King goes - all is lost, he cannot be replaced :-)

I like the pic, Tjutjut, maybe we should start a chess theme :-) You have controlled the exposure very well - the glass pieces in both the foreground and background look good, the depth of field works perfectly. Nice shot!

hi tjutjut, neat shot, good composition with notes that are so true, nice post, thanks scott

Hello my friend Tjutjut:)
Very artistic, absolutely well done work.

Nice shot, great pieces, good POV, and beautiful Chess game. TFS

Sweet note for a cool composition and great shot and post Tjutjut.

I like very much the narrow DOF and the crystal clear elements of the foreground.

Hi Tjutjut,

This is a nice play on DOF. Excellent composition! TFS

Hi Tjutjut

It's a great shot - composition is excellent, DOF is good and the sharpness on the key pieces is very crisp.

Was this inspired by Kilted-Arab's King Is Dead shot, by any chance? Hehe ... you've done a great job, whatever the case!

Congratulations friend

Beautiful photo.
Have to learn to play chess some day.

Maybe simple for some....

Hi Tjutjut,

Very important to incorparate lesson about what mekes for good leadership. I hope the places they chose for you to follow those lessons are very attractive ones, sothat you can also make beautiful pictures there.
This is a very "pure" picture and extremely pleasing to the eye.

Thanks for sharing both picture and the idea - lovely.

Wonderful shot, Tjutjut. The detail in the foreground is supper and the bg of the rest of the board, perfect. Beautiful DOF and lovely presentation. Excellent.

Hmm…an interesting and somewhat philosophical post, Tjutjut. I like your focal control here, with your clear, sharp foreground control of your subjects, but all the other pieces maintaining the background. You present your subject simply, effectively, well. As for leadership, it is so true. Many enterprises flounder – and even founder – without a good succession plan. And, also, the role of a good leader is to invest herself or himself in others.

The most powerfull in chess is queen... every pawn can be queen , just must going, going, going , goin wow its wery hard to be pawn who want save the queen
