Singapore is still a land of contrast :)
this is Boat Quay along the Singapore river
most of the old wharehouses hav been replace by sky scrappers but some of the old buildings remain preserved :)

you can see a different view here

this is my first roll of slides with the Pentacon Six and i love the results :)
the amount of details captured on the slides film is mind blowing :P i can see all the details in the dark areas when looking at the sildes with a negative viewer...i hav yet to see a digital camera reproduce such details :)

USM and levels adjustment in PS
much of the fine details are lost in the compression during the scanning and resizing process, you'll need to look at the prints to see the very pleasing results :)

Hi Koh,
Very good POV showing a dynamic view of Singapour! The beautiful and sharp reflections lengthen more the very high skyscrapers. I like this coloured harmony giving a more softness at a big city

wow this is a really impressive photo, the color is so very rich. Great perspective you had on this huge buildings. I like it very much. TFs

Thanks for your comments on my photo "Munch, Munch, Munch (24)" :o)

Yes, incredible contrasts and detail here Koh! Nice experiment! It's a shame so much is lost in processing! Someday, it won't be that way!

Nice reflections of the downtown highrise in the water. Good sharpness, colour & pov. Tfs!

Preciosos contrastes entre las casas coloniales y los rascacielos, la edificación horizontal y la vertical...
Saludos, JL.

nice reflection of building into the water nice architecture shot..

Hello BK.

Excellent picture, nice composition and colors.

Jose Luis.

This is a beautiful architectural shot Koh. I love the reflections in the water. The sharpness and composition are great. The distortion of the building on the upper right side is tolerable. There is a little white single pixel on the water, maybe it is just dust.
