When Humans Help Machines

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
just a shot of a tractor leveling the 'under-construction' road...
i spotted the farmer as he was 'helping' the tractor by sitting on its blade to apply more pressure by adding more weight to the blade to help level the ground... and so i thought it would make a good photo.. something ironic...
i cropped it in 16:9 ratio (motion picture format) and darkened the sky a bit, although i did a poor job there.. could be neater and better...
i did some levels adjustments and a couple of other adjustments to make it stronger in the tones...
lets see what u think of this one...

A very eye-catching shot. The composition really 'drags' us in. The sky does look a bit degraded, but its an other wise fine picture.

I don't like the gradient on the sky. Takes attention away from the tractor and the man. Over editing syndrome.
The tilt implies that subconsciously this may be an uphill climb.
This is one of the strongest pictures you've done, compositionally. The white sand/earth needs to be balanced with the sky, i.e. the sky needs to be lighter and of that tone, with a hint of dark on the edges. This will give the image a wholeness. The crop is good. I like your 16:9 pictures, do more, maybe that should be your primary framing ratio.
