Very good portrait shot. The lighting is superb. I also like how you developed it. The tones are even. Composition wise, I think it may be better if the eyes are more visible. But that is just an opinion. I love this picture. Thanks for sharing and welcome to Treklens!

Well done photo with careful lighting. Thanks for sharing and welcome to TrekLens!

Nice way to start!! I miss a note though.

I agree with previous opinion... Photo would be nicer if you should a liitle more or less the face. The amount you chose is a bit disturbing for me.

Welcome to TL!great BW work!wonderful pose, great mood!well done!

hello Sandi, welcome to TL!!

Great lightining here, and i like this composition.
The tones are also beautiful, did you use alittle editing software for the,?

Anyway, nice to see a photo taken on film!!!

welcome to tl this is very strong entry, we hope to see more great photo from you. enjoy your stay-jon

reminds me of a janet jackson cover album. very dramatic in black and white. good choice and good job.

OK, so what's this? No note, just questions: is it you or your model? If this is you, is this self-portret or someone did this picture? Does she always wait naked? (for me this is a mismatch: titlephoto)
Apart from that i liked it, but it could be bigger (~700 pixels in height). Nice shadows and good idea with source of light.
To sum up: a note is the key.

Welcome to TL!!

Welcome to TrekLens!
Very bold and moody portrait. Very "arty" in its composition and lighting and pose.
Unfortunately her almost-exposed breast is very distracting, due to the strong light.
Overall, nice work

An interesting monochrome composition has been posted. Well illumined and exposing subject. Ērisp details have been captured. Attractive pose a pretty model. But.....

Something is missing in this portrait, I wonder why?
