I called this picture "When the night comes" because I took it at sunset time. The moon and the rotted tree stand for the perishability of everything ! Perishability is like the interaction of day and night, new and old ... that's why I chose this title !
The beach itself was nice and quiet ! Except for one old intrepid man nobody lived there due to the fear of another tsunami in Indonesia !

Irréaliste, tout simplement magnifique...

It looks like painting...
very nice picture... great work

Hi Daniel.

I like this shot, it's very abstract, resembling a painting. Could a used a bit of noise reduction, but otherwise it's good.

Dead trees have so much character, as this one exemplifies. The colours are interest and I think makes this image more interesting to look at. Also the moon adds something to an otherwise clear sky.

Sangat bagus Daniel. Kenapa tidak menempatkan pohonnya di kiri dan format landscape ??

Hi Daniel,
Very beautiful mood, with a very different coloration than the following one on the same subject. I like to see different perceptions for the same reality. Congratulations.

Hello Daniel! Strange image! Interesting picture with beautiful colours. Well done! Lili

Hi Daniel, very interesting view here, and I like the title too. Where was this taken ? in Aceh or Pangandaran or somewhere in eastern part of Indonesia ? Thank you for bringing up the beauty of Indonesia.

Hello Daniel,
I have missed this amazing capture!!
The colours here take me to a land beyond, and the dead tree that refuse to lie down make up quite a scenery!
Great compøosition with superb details...

Ein wirklich wahnsinniges Bild, super !!!!!!!!!!!!

very nice picture... great work

Just love the lonely and interesting feeling of this shot. Yes those tsunami's there must have been very scary. Also it seems that the earthquake that made these horible killing waves that at the time moved the whole earth by up to 1cm in it's orbit, and by scientific statistics have moved us into a different orbit by 5 degrees. This could be a big attribution to the way the seasons are some 1.5-2 months later now...

Anyway back to your image... love it... the colours in the top right there by the moon is magic. And all is natural huh? No photoshop work here with the moon?

Very cool shot. :)

Happy New Year!
