Look at the yellow building, the bike fixed on the wall...

This is a beauty John! This place has a lot of charm. It is probably better now. When I first visited this place it was in 1967 after I visited Expo'67 in Montreal. Now it looks like it has been set up for a lot of visitors all painted up. The charm is still there!

Very nice shot, good framed and with nice vivid colors! Well, I agree that this "huge" black frame arround your photo it's not the proper and "stuggle" the main subject. Try to use more thin frames in the future :)

First I thought it's a shot made in Italy because of the wonderful colours - perhaps on Burano near Venice, there every house has another colour.

wow, I really must visit old Quebec city someday..it seems so typical of some of the old cities I've seen in europe. I love these brightly colored buildings you've been showing us. Such an interesting and colorful photo which makes me wonder just what IS around that corner...:o) TFS
I remember that building close to the restaurant where we stiop for eating. I was so colourfull at the end of that street and you've capture it so well with great colors, I like how it's naturally framed by the two rocks building on each side.

I know this building who was in the past "le petit cochon dingue", (best donuts in Quebec :) now he seem to rent bike and moto etc.

I can't believe this is in Old Quebec City, it looks like it came out of a book from Europe. I really love the colours and architecture of these old buildings. They are so bright a vibrant. The street curving through the shot brings some nice interest and composition to your photo.
