Wow...my 11th post of Krystal? Okay...I'll stop after the 15th. Not until I have a fresh photo-opportunity of her.

This one was another experiment. I asked her to be in black that day and bring a black something to accentuate her attire. For the last few shots, I requested her to be herself...do whatever she wanted to do with the scarf...all i did was compose the shot. This is what usually I do in my shoots with Krystal. I leave it up to her to make her natural pose.

PLEASE OPEN THE WORKSHOP. I played around with the colors to create an impressionistic approach. Comments are most welcome.

nice komposition, make model so look's good! Black color in left side, make this pic more dimenstion. I loke it.

I like the corner composition leaving the black space on the left. Only one eye fully visible adds to a a nice mysterious feel. I also like Krystal's downward tilted pose. Again, your lighting conditions are perfect.
The workshop version is also very pleasing. The colour is good.

Excellent portrait Manuel (another time!). The colors and lighting are fantastic! The look of your lovely model is unique. Also the impressionistic approach is very fine! It's like a illuminated pink light lighting the face! Very nice work!

A very nice one, perhaps the best of the serie.
(Will put it in my favourites)
I prefer this version compared to the workshop one, without any hesitation.
Very nice work Manu ! You are an expert for shotting portraits ! (But it seems that you have a lot of pretty models ... ;o)

Wow Manny! I believe this is one of the best shots of Krystal. Her skin appears much more natural than in the former photo. The composition is great, and Krystal has a beautiful mouth. Also she seems to be more grown up here, which suits her well... Well done!

Your portraits are definitely among my very few favourites in this site. they're truly professional looking and of excelent taste, usually depicting beautifull natural girls (which, let's admit it, make things a bit easier ;)
This one looks a bit different in approach though.
It's a tad more ..."high key" as her look, the glittering scarf and the way it's covering her face in a slightly less then natural manner seem to place it in a more "fashion-forced" category.
actually this looks more like a scene from a movie then a casual shoot during a professional photo modeling session.
I do think that even the high position over the model's face, showing a much "pointy" chin then your previous pictures of her, doesen´t improve her beautifull face.
This said, I love the way her skinn balances so well with that brown out-of-focus form at the lower left corner, and the general sensation is one of high and exquisite complexity.
As for the workshop, I think you managed to push the colour distortion to it's acceptable limit, as the purple hue adds a tone of mistery to the scene and only spoils a bit the sensuality of the photo.
Still among the best portraits in here. Congrats

Manny, you are always surrounded by pretty girls. This is another excellent portrait with the touch only you have...Very well done.

splendid photo and treatment manny! but i am not so sure about the framing, you transform a brilliant photo into a mere postcard.. too bad... think about it Manny!

not so sure about the ws ...i prefer the original

Very good portrait work again, Manny. Framing is very well done and makes a good way of reading the photo from left to right as it comes roughly in thirds of increasing interest - black background, glittering veil, and then your model's beautiful face. Her shining eye and look out of the frame are great. WS is nice too but overall I like this one better.

It could be 100's more picture from her, we couldn't help waiting for a new one Manny !

Lovely light and interesting contrast between her skin and this metallic pattern. Everything is really natural here.

As usual Manny , this is another exceptional photograph . I like your placement up to subject and the framing . I wonder what kind of lighting did you use ? Whenever It was, it works perfectly .
this like most of your photographs is outstanding !
I learn from your work and thank you very much , jim

the truth only the truth? ok I like this portrait because it is more authentic than some others more mannered like beautiful photographs of magzine, on "glazed" paper.
about this photograph, the compo is ok, and the light is very beautiful. IHMO the small reproach it's the metal reflections are paradoxical with the warm tonality

Manny I like this one better than the workshop. Something about the color of her eyes matches this better for me. I really like the way you used your frame on this one.

Outstanding image.

Linda picture! simply very well accomplished. professional! congratulations.

I think that this one and the 16th are the best. Black background and light reinforced her beauty. Eyes, nose and lips - wow

Do you observed that the ws version show her eye wite the capillaries network? Are you intended to made it this way?

great photograph, its very mysterious. the scarf is great, and adds to that lady like feeling that this girl gives off. the lighting is great and the pov is awesome too!

thanks for sharing!
