This is part of a bench standing outside near the river Regge. Next to the bench you can find a fish stairs wich allow fish to bypass a dam. The bench had some really nice angles to play with.

Hi Neik,
Great work of lines. Very well seen & captured.

Hi Niek,
An interesting composition with lines and bars. The extremely shallow DOF allows the clearly focused rusty trails to gradually fade down the slope.

Hey, you are back Niek. I like this one, it's a good crop. Though I have a problem with the softness. The focus seems to be only in the very foreground. Nice colours, and complimentary framing.

Yes it does have some nice angles to play with. I like that aspect. You were faced with a choice, I guess. Wide-angle (or whatever) to get everytghing in focus OR selective focus. I'm undecided on which would be better for me but I am leaning in your chosen direction. Good framing! Good colours in the image, too.

I like the lines of this, and the colour. IMO it needs more detail but maybe you wanted it that way?

Hi Niek,

well observed and well composed, I like the lines in all the compo. Excellent POV and DOF. Nice,

Hi Niek,
Great geometrical composition, well balanced and with good lines!
The colour of rust is always fascinating... Nice narrow DOF giving emphasis to... rust!

Greenie will be forwarded tomorrow! OK-

Hi Niek,
A nice study in line composition. I think the composition is excellent. I see from your responses to the others that the shallow DOF was intentional to emphasize the railing. Mission acomplished! That is where the eye goes in looking at this photo.

Good composition, almost abstract ! You should have tried it at f/11 to have a better DOF. Thanks.

Hi Niek,

Excellent shot and well done on the composition. Very good abstract.

Ja en nee. Idee is goed Niek maar hij loopt wat uit focus ten koste van details. Groet

Hallo Niek.
Detail foto's vindt ik altijd mooi. Het is eenvoud en kleur die de combinatie maken.
Goed gedaan.

Good graphical composition. I also like the color contrast here. Well done.

I like the 3-D effect that the sharp focus in the foreground gives with the shallow DoF. It is a good graphic shots with interesting warm colours and shapes. Nicely done.
Cheers Joan
Thanks for visiting my photo. It was one of the few nice blue sky days here in the past two weeks, today it is grey again.

Hi Niek
Very nice photo. Good forms.
Well done.

Rusty Lines...And they are great lines too :)

Regards, Daniel

hi niek,
interesting use of lines and nice dof. well composed. tfs.

Hi Niek,

Leuk gedaan met de lijnen. Zou het niet erg vinden als het gras en de kiezels niet zichtbaar waren, maar das misschien een beetje lastig. Waarom zo een groot diafragma, wilde je de DOF heel klein hebben?

I like this work with its compo and graphism.
Good framing too.

This is my kind of style! Your POV is good, and I like the parallel lines in the floor. It's become an abstract shot, wonderfully done!
