[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Second photo of a short series i made of a group of schoolgirls taking some time off between classes in Cuenca , Ecuador . I posted the first April 17th 2009 on TL and have decided to submit this one as a follow up to the other . Why now ? ...good question , i'll admit at once that it has to do more with my genuine intention of not presenting two or more images of one very specific/ same subject consecutively , i much prefer to give my viewers a rest and let them re-discover an instant ,a scene or photographic elements of a previously posted photograph they had perhaps seen , remembered and liked/appreciated already back then.
This photo was taken moments later this time the sweet girl with a smile of ...ackknowledgement and...hummm ... approval ..i think , hihi, looking at me has but just spotted me photographing them from the park across the street ! My presence was announced rapidly to her nearby friends which generated different reactions among them . Busted ! Well spying has its limits i reckon hey hey.
Processed minimally in Photoscape ,
Thanks for looking ,

Hi Carol,
Interesting note on this and on your reasoning behind waiting to upload this shot. This shot has a good amount of focus and clarity. Excellent crop creating an opportunity for a wide perspective. Nicely done and presented, Regards,
Kurt
Oh wow!! Fantastic! I recall the other photo of the girls. I love this.... that wall/railing in the bottom third, the girls in various positions, all in the same clothing - some facing you, some not. Just a great photo Carol. Love it :)

I like your narrative note as the your narrative photo. A glance of young beauty of the soul time so open to the others wit happiness and hope and positive " shame",
I like alot how thaey interact and how good I can see the beauty of that smiling face. The flowers give a beautul arstist touch. It is a pleasure to meet world trough your camera, sir.

Carol,
A very interesting human interest shot that has a photojournalistic feeling to it. You captured both candid and expressions and at least the one girl who looked right into the camera. All over it is a very special moment.
Nicely Done
