Beautiful shot Janice!! And the boy adds so much to it! This would almost work as well in BW I think. Your sky is super dramatic! What a great reflection in the sand you have achieved also!

Kia Ora Janice, Te One roa o Kahu, nice place that....yes I could just see you running here, maybe I will take Jackson for a walk along here too. :-)
Beautiful capture my friend, love the inclusion of your grandson, nicely composed, good sharpness and the sky adds just a little drama.

boa tyarde janice
your kids make always you do very interesting compositions. They have fun and drama and not just great and good sharpness compositions.
They give always a special touch. I have always the image of blond beautiful children playing with the ocean...and even far way, these photos make all the time feel you closer of me.
have good days all of you.

There is an element of Henri Cartier-Bresson here Janice.
I'm referring to the heel about to touch the water, I'm presuming it was intentional.
A lovely scene, and the fact he is looking back into the picture is a nice touch, well done.
Hope you have a lot of fun with your new toy.

Love the story telling, seeing what happens in time is something you rarely see. I was surprised and delighted. Had to look at both photos a few times I appreciated it so much. Thanks
