Rock Island, Palau.

North of the Island of Koror are the beautiful place Rock Islands. A group of hundreds of small rock islands placed in the emerald see.

One of the island has a lake which is since 10.000 year separated from the sea. So the yellyfish lost their poison tentacle and you could swin in the lake.

Remark: this is the first Palau picture:-) Thanks to the admistrator to add this beautiful country to the list.

Did you capture this when you went on scuba diving? I like the feel of the underwater lighting. TFS.

Achim this is a great shot I love the sharpness in the structure of this fish. It is so difficult to capture this but you mastered it verry well. I also Like the workshop.

Hi Achim!
I was amased by your note on this incredible jellyfish - not poisonous!!! The photo with the strong colours suggested a dangerous creature but the evolution plays a great role in changing organic life...
