Viewed 28 times and not a single point. What do people think? Very good choice of B&W. I cannot fault this dramatic image so rich in atmosphere. I may have considered removing some of the objects in the foreground but I really enjoy the very good tonal range from rather dark to almost blindingly bright. Very well done. Did you visit the underwater observatory to observe the deep water corals that grow at shallow depth due to the presence of fresh water?
PS: By the way, I also used a 350D during those years and I was very pleased with the great performance of the lens EXCEPT with manual focus when the images were often blurred. Cannot work that one out.

great to see photos of our beautiful country but I am afraid I cannot agree with the other members, the sky is OE and I have seen hundreds of shots of Milford Sound but never with so much debris, anyway that's what is was on the day

I'm not afraid to be agree with others members.
I see a superb b&w with a special and mysterious atmosphere. I like it a lot.
I don't see a OE sky but a kind of incandescent lighting which evokes reminiscence.
In my opinion, this is a great work well balanced and full of feelings.

What I like about this photo is the mountains. Mountains are always mystical, wonderful and overwhelming for me. The debris is a bit distracting though.

This is a dramatic shot despite the debris and the oe on the left hand mountain and well worth sharing. I like your pov and choice of B&W
