[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Welcome in Kaikoura. Kaikoura is a coastal town on the South Island of New Zealand. It’s known for its abundant wildlife and its sperm whale population. (Wikipedia) On Monday 14th November 2016 the 7.8 magnitude Kaikoura earthquake devastated the region. Rocks in the foreground are example of earthquake coastal uplift.

First off, that you for the note. It was informative. This is a lovely picture. Sharp, good light and colors. The mountain the background look amazing. I really wish I can visit NZ some time in my life. It has been on my bucket list since I was a child. You just prove to me why it is on my bucket list.
