Flower shots are my pet hate on TL, in all my 10yrs on this site I have only posted 2, so this is probably no. 3

Hi Jack,
I agree with your words, flowers are not good subjects for you.
I'm sorry

Hi Jack,
I think its quite a nice maze of natural colors and selective focus gives a strong focal point.

Hi Jack I think the shot could have been improved if you had used a small aperture and a much slower shutter speed. The colours also look a bit washed out so if you had bracketed your exposures I think one slightly under-exposed might have resulted in stronger colours. With a few different exposures you might have been able to create a hdr shot also. Some of your better shots show that you enjoy experimenting so you might enjoy experimenting with different techniques around the subject of flowers.
