Hi Tim:

Beautiful seascape. Great pov and wonderful colors.
Regards,
Jafar

Greta location and very well shot, the almost partially desaturated tones in the sand adds a lot of interest for me. TFS

Hi Tim,
I like the effect of the filter, the sticks in the sand have a 3D look about them.
well done
Jack

Interesting beach Tim. The curve is nice. The mounds in the background too. I think I like the non-duned FG better in a previous post. But this is real and I like that a lot too. TFS. Karin

Interesting feel, especially with the PP work, Tim. I like the subject and the details. My only suggestion is that it feels just a bit "tight" (even though you wre working at 18mm). Maybe a few more steps back?
Mike

I miss the wet sand reflections! But like this one too - good comp and nice balanced light.

Hi Tim
Another excellent composition from you of Whatipu.
I love the clarifying results here. The sand looks so deep and dark, and the colours are very moody.
I would crop off more of the sky myself, then the sand and land grab full attention.
The details of the sandy patterns and drift wood look great too.
Well done
Janice

P.S. Do you use Paint Shop Pro?

Hi Tim
This is a very nice seascape photo.
very good compisition.
Gr Jos

Love the water in this Tim! Excellent curve of the shoreline and your details in the sand are really NICE! Can you swim here? Or is it too dangerous? We have sharks here, but they are smaller...they would only take a toe or finger, instead of a leg or arm! LOL!
B-)
Linda

Excellent color and detail. A fantastic landscape image. TFS

Hey Tim
I love Whatipu, much more interesting beach in my opinion than Piha or KareKare, fine PP work to bring this out, tough place to Photograph and the colours are splendid.
Let me know if you fancy meeting up to go out photographing sometime.
Cheers
Jim
