Olá Tim.

This is a great shot. You´ve captured very well this wood piece. It has interesting details. Very nice light, sharpness and colors. Anyway, it´s a unusual but great shot :)
Congratulations.

best regards
Marco

Awesome shot. Love the use of the old railway sleeper in the foreground, good POV and light.

Hi Tim,
Whatipu is a so beautiful place. The beach with its dark sand and the basalt rocks seems to be of volcanic origin.
I like much the fine rendered of blue and dark gray harmony and the perspective from the FG with the old wooden artefact.
Beautifully done! Annie

Hello Tim,
nice shot of this driftwood on this lovely beach, beautiful colors and light, excellent composition and nice low pov, good sharpness and depth of field.

Hi Tim,
The old railway sleeper(?) in the foreground leads the eye into the scene nicely.
Interesting comparison to the previous shot.
Maybe another visit in a year or so?
Pete.

you have a really interesting FG subject here, Tim. but it's the footsteps that literally plays the lead-in-line role here instead of the rocks.

thanks to your POV.

Bonjour Tim,
Superbe photo!
La force des contrastes et la finesse des détails créent un effet hyperréaliste certain à ce beau paysage. Point de vue et composition impeccables!
Compliments!

Michel.
