Moving red moon
 |

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I'm back from 8 weeks travelling.
2 nights ago we had a great view of the luna eclipse a bit before dawn. This photo of the red moon was taken on a 30 second exposure and resulted in capturing the movement of the moon over that period (quite a bit). |

An excellent presentation of movement of the moon, to share! Thank you Ian....so this is from !
google
The Moon appears to follow you because it is very far away, and objects like trees and houses that you pass by are very close by comparison. As you walk or drive along, things much closer to you, like trees and houses, appear to move between you and the Moon.
also a very warm moment of the moon from your colourful gallery BRAVO IAN FEGENT:-)

Hi Ian,
Its surprising how much movement there was in 30 secs.
It was a bit cloudy here in Auckland, so we didn't see the red moon.
cheers
Jack
