[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Not easy chasing lightning at night let alone in the afternoon sun. Storm still hanging out along the beach and the sun setting behind us. Having the kids all the time makes it hard to go chasing the storms we are getting every day at the moment.

Hi Fiona

I have to say great timing. I have absolutely no idea how you captured this. So I can't really comment on the photography. But maybe you could have done a little more during any pp work to bring out the lightning streak.
Still a good result though.

Just for your info, I think I'll try and resurrect the Friday theme. And, as Daisy has said, there are not enough females on this site.

It is not easy to get an image like that.
The vertical composition was a good choice.
