This was taken at a little cemetary on Mt Tamborine near Witches Falls where we went hiking.I have the free Photomatix pro 4 software and was playing around. I couldnt get a colour one that was mcuh different to my original but the b&w looked better? I have posted my original as a ws.Taken under the trees with some sun shing on the front of the crosses and the trees at the back.

Wonderful mood in this very well composed imaged, with a wonderful light and contrast in an elegant presentation in b/w.

Hello Fiona,
You've captured an interesting image from the cemetary. Monochrome composition in panoramic presentation is awesome. Fine details and excellent luminosity. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Best Wishes,

Hello Fiona,

Good tonal range & graphism in this well composed b&w image of the old crosses. I like the symmetry between the 2 fleur de lis designs. (That's French for 'flower of lily'). Now I'm off to see the colour version!

I think the B&W always works well with graveyards Fiona. It's a very sharp photo, with a nice range of tones - and I particularly like the panoramic format here.
