[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took an entire series of sunset effects caused by the smoke from a large fire on the other side of the mountain. It's not too often you can take direct pictures of the sun.

Bonjour Richard,

Vous en tirez un côté positif de cet incendie malgré la malheur qu'il peut causer! le filtre naturel de ces fumées vous a permis de réaliser un beau cliché de notre merveilleuse Etoile.

Hi Richard

I see your a painter. I like this quote (I've used it before) A painter starts with an empty canvas and has to decide what to include. A photographer starts with a full canvas and has to decide what to leave out. Personally, I would have excluded some of the dark sky at the top, which, I think adds nothing. Still a good result.

A dramatic beautiful view of the sun.

Another romantic image from faraway lovely warm colours well done RICHARD JOLLEY
