When we were visiting the U.S.A. in 2012 we crost Dead Valley and stopt at the Sand Dunes were I found this dead three in the perfect spot to shoot this photo, And I think with the mountains way back its a very nice shot of the dead surroundings.

Nice shot with good combination of colors. Attractive sky and nice wood color made this pic so nice.

Good pop looking through the dead tree to the distant mountains. Not sure about the 'clutter' on the sand in the foreground - maybe a slight crop will help to improve the picture. On my screen it also looks slightly under exposed.

Hi Huub
I think this has the makings of a good photo. It is a little dark and the foreground is slightly cluttered. A bit of pp work would improve this I think
I hope you don't mind but I've done a workshop.
Hi Huub,
I do not agree that the foreground is clustered as the bits of tree in the desert shows the eventual breaking down of its life and it is how the scene was seen in its natural setting. The depth was well managed and I like the composure, well captured.

Olá Huub,
Very good postcard displaying a desert and dramatic landscape.
Very good capture.
