Hobby - The Side Garden
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|We have had so much rain in our part of the country that our regular garden spot is still underwater. My wife (pictured here) was anxious to get her garden going, so I helped her build a side garden to get her through this year. It is a serious hobby for her, as she provides some of the Asian vegetables for her local friends. In this small garden, she has peppers, chili peppers, bitter melon, opu(a large squash) and some okra. Most of the veggies are in pots, and we built a small fence behind them so that the veggies can climb. She spends a great deal of time here while I finish my summer studies.|

Hello Bill, a worthy contribution to the theme.
I like the presence of your wife, as model in the shot, she provides a good focal point.
An interesting array of plants, they look very healthy, not bothered by slugs and bugs?
Tfs, regards Jean.
I would love to see people doing everyday tasks.
I love to see the people in the normal mode.
