|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Two weeks ago I was at a practice for the US National Gymnastics Championships. I was watching this new phenom . . . her name is Nastia Liukin and her specialty is reflected here . . . the Uneven Bars. The coach in the foreground is her father, Valery, who was an Olympic Gold Medalist for the Soviet Union in gymnastics.|
I was playing around with my new D70 and changed the ISO to 1200 so that I could get a faster shutter speed. The framing was a little unusual but I wanted to see the apparatus.

thanks for your critique..I wanted to visit you instead of thanking there :).. I know this is a frequently critiqued thing (repaying) but then I could see a picture of yours in the same time...
I guess you are into sports..I also saw your interesting Turkey photos..
This is rare here (or it was)..thanks :)..glad to meet you..
Excellent Action shot and you compose it well.Must be the the Camera...just kidding:)
I like this one also alot, very different picture, very well captured!
but maybe a little too much things disturb my attention, the seats, the faces, the metal lines,
so I tried a little workshop, hope is ok
good catch David :)
the POV is great, a little nosie but it doesn't take away from the photo
would be perfect if we see only the girl and her coach...still an excellent work
