|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|This shot is another one of my offerings from the "Flights of Wonder" show at Disney's Animal Kingdom.|
Not much in terms of PP work. I had to make a layer of the background and decrease the brightness, as there was/is some OE on some of the plants that the sun was shining directly on. I then use Nik Viveza to increase the brightness, vibrancy, and structure.

This would not have been easy to take, your resulting capture and work has done you much justice. Much detail and pattern shown here, the span of wings is amazing, very welldone Kurt. TFS
Let me repeat the phrase you were in the right place at the right time when had done this picture full of charm and character. Nice timing and nice composition that shows all the beauty and strength of large bird..

Great shot of the Owl in flight, as Suzley says - not an easy shot. You have a nice focus and great detail on the owl's eye the blurring with the panning gives a great sense of movement. Great shot. Best wishes

You did well to capture such a sharp and detailed image of the owl in flight.
I know you timed it to have the head against the light background ;-)
Owls are reputed to fly silently, did you hear this one coming?
