Lol! Seems I always get the beautiful models and beautiful brides. How does that happen? Luck I guess. My friend Karla and I met in 2nd grade, we were 7 years old. We rode the bus together and went all through school together. We raised our kids at the same time... and life has brought us back together as friends. This is Karla's daughter Brittany. A beautiful girl who was a natural for the camera. She just graduated college and is on her way.

I took about 300 shots of her, I liked this one best.

Very cute outdoor portrait with great eye contact and the close crop places the maximum focus on her face.
Very engaging and appropiate for the Friday Theme.

Bonsoir Linda,

Nice contributio to the them. Nice confortable pose, direct "regard" in the camera creats an excellent eye contact with the viewer. Well balanced composition., sharp image and good exposure. Excellent facial details despite the hat who could have created shadows. Excellent work and TFS.

Hi Linda...very nice portrait...good connection with this pretty young lady. Nice light and tones.

beautiful soft light and wonderful exposure, pretty model with a classic look, i love the hands and arms almost framing the sharp focused eyes, wonderful shot,

Hi Linda,
Lovely portrait and composition,
Excellent pose and details,
good colors and light in a sharp presentation.
well done for the theme.

No doubt, you always get beautiful models and beautiful brides - but did you know that I have friends whose friends are "always" beautiful, Linda B-)

Successful rate seems to be somewhere close to 0.003 % :)))

This is a well taken portrait with amazing focus and light.
I like her lovely eyes and the sensual way she is facing your camera.
The colors are natural and skin tones are wonderfully shown and original.
Well done!

Kind regards,

A beautifull portrait, the way I like it to be. Yes a beautifull girl help a great deal, someone that ain't camera shy too. But that's only half of the story. Need at the other end someone attentive, that press the button at the "right" time. That you manage to do quite often. Enough with the "emotion", I would not like you to think you're "too good", so ok for that one, you win..)))

Do I need to mention exposure, contrast, and skin tones....hmmmm, I let you figure that one out... Good work Linda.

Hello Linda

Great pose, attractive crop, skin tones and eye contact stunning. I think i would have cloned out her red vein eye though. other than that perfecto. TFS

Stv :)

Hi Linda

I wanted to play with the red eye reduction but was disappointed with the effect so went back to using levels & sliding the filter to cyan. Sometimes the old ways work best. Have a look at the workshop please & see what you think?

Hello Linda :)

This woman very pretty face and interesting portrait in natural colours and beautiful light.
The green background gave pretty contrast, very showy composition.
I like him very much! :)

Best wishes.

Hello Linda

I like the hat and the pro pose here of the young lady. The eyes have it in this image. Nice. The contrast brings the image into an eyecather I feel. I like it.

300 shots Linda , well you were both insatiable , lol!
She is perfect in this , great eye contact with your lens , the pose is deliciously feminine i would say , undoubtedly she knows her way in front of a camera , in this one she surely does !
Not surprisingly as we may suspect it is often trying to get that good a detail of a face under a hat but here you manage well to maximize the light to good effect , depth is quite shallow yet for the better , you have got the essential of her facial features sharp , delightfully presented Linda , one to be proud , both of you should be !
Excellent contribution to the theme of this Friday ,
Cheers ,

Delicious portrait Linda...So coquette she is. Good focus and Lovely expression...and hat. Love it.Um abraço
