I felt really crummy New Years Eve, but I got out anyways and drove around and found this scene, a few fireworks being shot in the air...but I loved the light coming from a distant industrial area, reflected on the water.

Hi Linda
Hope you're feeling better.
The sky could almost be a version of teh Auraura Borealis if there were some greens and blues in there.
Happy New Year to you and your family.

This shot is beyond imagination, Linda B-)

Simply fantastic with amazing dramatic sky and lights.
The sharpness and POV are excellent.
Well caught exposure.
Good work!

Thanks and regards,

Wow Linda, as if a big fire is going on there !

Very very nice nocturnal shot. The fire works adds to it, but the light and the sky are great !

Awesome Linda...
Amazing dramatic sky and lights. The sharpness, POV & exposure are fantastic. Well done & TFS.
I'm glad you felt better :)
Best Wishes,

Hello Linda

I really like the sharpness in the dark tones. Wow. The fireworks going off in the distance on either side make the image work. A very well done composition. TFS

A very happy new year Linda,

Love the movement in the sky with your 30 sec exposure with the fireworks and water reflection an excellent opener for 2012. Just had Brian on the phone he has lost part of his roof in a storm we had this morning, the joys of Winter. Hope you have a great and peaceful 2012.
