[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Aermacchi SF.260 is a light aircraft marketed as an aerobatics plane and a military trainer. It was designed by Stelio Frati, originally for Aviamilano, which flew the first prototype of it (then designated F.260) on July 15, 1964. Actual production was undertaken when SIAI Marchetti purchased the design soon thereafter and continued with this firm until the company was bought by Aermacchi in 1997. The military versions are popular with smaller air forces, which can also arm it for use in the close-support role. (FromWikipedia) Taken at the Naval Air Facility in El Centro, California.

Hi Eleu - like your last upload this one is soft, from motion blur! I do however like the composition, angle and rich colour. The prop blur gives a sense of action.

I know it's a fine line between having a slow enough speed to get the prop looking like this and fast enough to freeze the main subject.

Keep up the aviation shots though - most of them are great!

Cheers
DAVid

Hi Eleu,
A superb action shot of this Aermacchi SF.260 aircraft in such a lovely tilted position. Unfortunately sharpness is missing and is very noisy...not your usual manner!
My regards,

Francis Xavier

Hi Eleu,
I feel like I'm in the pilots seat! Great photo. TFS Julie

Hi Eleu,
I now know how hard it is to get a decent shot of something like this - respect to you my friend. The shot, although a little grainy shows the movement that makes a good action shot, lovely light to get these in. Best wishes
Bri

Hi Eleu..I like this Marchetti....very sexy little plane...well captured.

Hi Eleu,
A nice action shot of the Aermacchi SF.260 ,
not very sharp , may be a movement of the camera ?
nice colors, light and note of the sujet,,
Michel

Dear Eleu,

The picture is really eyecatching and it has superb color contrast between the dark aircraft and a perfect blue sky but when it comes to sharpness and focusing issues I do have to agree with DAvid and Francis!

I like the painted nozzle part of the aircraft, gives a funny impression...at first I was bit scared :) The tilted position of the aircraft within a natural frame is well thought and nicely caught as well.

Good work.

Kind regards,
Paras

Hi Eleu,

The space in front of the aircraft is indicating movement. the point of view is showing the details and colors of the Aermacchi SF.260 in flight. The afternoon light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
