Nice work Lisa! I love how you isolated her, excellent contrasts here! Who knows, you could now become a sports photographer! I love the evening light here, and the sharpness is excellent!

I really love the idea of capturing the moment here: a moment that is tense with waiting.
If I may offer some suggestions for next time (and I do know how hard it is to think this through on the fly) -- it would really help if your subject was less centrally placed. In fact, I would really want lots more room in front of her than behind her. If this is cropped out of a larger image, perhaps you could try recropping so that there's almost twice the room in front of her as there is behind her.
