[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This shot of the LA Auto show was taken with the idea of showing the environment instead of just a car. The photo was taken with the Canon 5DIII so that I could us ISO 500 giving me a deeper depth of field and a fast enough shutter speed to hand hold the camera. The lens was a 24mm Tilt Shift which works well in keeping the vertical lines straight. I also used a Varavon View Finder which let me use the LIVE VIEW and focus manually. |

Hi Roger,
A very neat wide angle shot with excellent light management.
Perfect sharpness and an agreeable low POV to admire the curves of this sports car.
Very useful instructions in your note.
My best regards,
Francis Xavier
Excellent DoF Roger, and from an excellent PoV.
The size of the place comes across very clearly.
As I would expect from you, the light is so well managed.
I particularly like the reflections on the polished floor in the fg.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Roger
You have managed very well the reflections of the shiny vehicle as well as the floor.

Wow,you have made this car appear as though it was a movie star on a red carpet for a film premier,& showing it in its full suroundings, gives your subject so much more interest & impact.

Hi Roger
Sharp image, even having been taken with no tripod and 1/40 seconds. I like the bright colors of the whole scene.
