Hi Linda
Excellent density & superb lighting contrasts and unusual to focus on the legs only with no face but still very effective. Good sharpness and color saturation. Nice graphism too. I'm clueless about Lightroom but the result here is fine. The blue & yellow colors of the shoes are a perfect match. Tfs!

That is a mad fine shot, Linda. I don't know know anything about Lightroom, but you seem to have figured it out. Nothing blown out, nothing too dark, lovely color and detail... I just like the idea, too. Unique shot. Bet the bride likes it, too... Well done! Many thanks and warmest wishes,
Shelly
Linda
Since I started using lightroom just over a year ago, I hardly ever use photoshop.
I would darken the bride's left arm just a little bit and maybe a very slight increase in the vignette, but don't overdo this. Oh, as you want a shot of the shoes, cropp the photo just below the left elbow and make it a square format. Play with the clarity slider, you may be surprised with the different effects you can get.
Well done with this shot.

I like different way of capture a picture. So I really like this one. I even like to crop a bit more from the top :)

I've never used lightroom, but I like what you've done with this photo. A nice way to show her beautiful blue shoes, and still include some of the dress too. Nice natural colors. Well done.

Hi Linda.
The light across the dress and arms make for such a soft look, the rugged, rustic paving slabs contrast so well to the soft textures. TFS

The lighting looks great to me but then like the others I really don't know what a Lightroom is, I rely on pure luck! I like the composition. Good positioning of the hands and legs. Great pov and dof with sharp details. Well done, tfs.
Love this Linda..
This is so well done. Telling you what's wrong with it....trying to play with my head or what.
The sharpness is almost unbelievable..large format quality.
The colors and tones...as good as they can be. The texture coming out of this shot....totally delicious.
The compo......well. Frankly Linda, one of the best shot have seen posted by you. Those blue shoes "the only cold element in this shot", are the key element of this shot, it grasp the attention right away, and as your eyes wonders around it, they're compel to get back to it.
p.s.Got to get around that "lightroom" program. Probably the "heir" of PHOTOSHOP.

Hello Linda, i like her shoes a lot , heyhey , seriously i do acknowledge all that has been said in the critiques , that of Andrei about the crop and what Denis mentioned about the shoes is pretty damn right , the eye has to settle back onto the blue shoes no matter what other part of the scene you want it to wander ! They make the shot for me .
No idea about Lightroom nor Photoshop for that matter but you can use it to your heart's content my friend , just seeing the result here demonstrates that you have been getting the hang of it so keep it running ! Great image and good idea for a photo !
Carol
