|Was hiking in Jones Gap state park in upstate South Carolina when I cam across this scene. I loved the colors and how they frame the river. The green in this frame really stood out to me.|

Where the exposure is accurate, here, the colours are indeed great - the lower left part of the frame expecially.
To the upper right, where the shot gets a little overexposed, the effect is less pleasing, the colours become washed out.
Learning to use PP, or layers, or bracketed exposures in order to compensate for the wide dynamic range.
