[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was a beautiful, sunny morning today, but too chilly to take the baby outside. I was using window light to make practice shots of him with my 85mm Prime lens. Poor little guy. He climbed on the couch and looked out so pitifully. I felt so bad for him. I liked getting the reflection of him in the window, though.

Hi Shelly, perfectly captured. That expression - whoa, you can just see how badly he's wishing to be outside. Nice focus on his curly top! Great job Shelly.

Adorable!! Just amazing reflection in the glass Shelly! (I gotta be careful and not type Shelby, my daughter's name) Nice work on the light here, the best light IS ambient light and this proves it! My god, his hair is my hair! Except mine is brown and red and blonde. Tell him I feel his pain! Can't do a dang thing with it! Nice work!

Hey Shelly!
A wonderful capture of boredom and longing; It's interesting that even as adults we continue to show boredom and longing for sunnier days during the winter in a similar fashion, which I guess begs the question, do children mimic our expressions or do we continue to just mimic the expressions we once did as children?

On the technical side of things, the POV is certainly excellent, having taken the picture from behind and focusing on the reflection as the focal point, my only observation is the crop; which I think should have included more hand and less of the negative space above the head. Great job none the less!

Hi Shelly
Look on the bright side, at least he is not hanging on to you so you get a break. This is such a cute shot, great reflection
and the pose he has assumed really shows deception and boredom.
Well done
