[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My nephew Todd and his mom Judy during the mother-son dance at his wedding.

I used the channel mixer to convert to B&W, altering the red channel a bit. Added a vignette to remove some of the background and place emphasis on Todd and Judy. Just didn't like the color version as much.

Hi,Werner. A precious and memorable moment captured by your camera. The black and white format adds to the visual impact since colors could be distracting. The contrast focuses on the subjects. Good double portrait and the seriousness of the face gives the hint of your nephew thinking about his mother's love. Cheers.

I love it!! How sweet, and so perfect in BW! I love the heavy vignetting, pulling ALL the focus to the couple! How nice Werner! Now this screams emotion!

Werner this is a realy nice image the b/white modes realy works well here and captures the monment well done
tfs regards bryan

Really nice capture Werner. I think the vignette in this case is perfect to isolate the mom and son in a lovely moment. Nice that she had her head turned slightly so that we get a profile view.
Well done.. nice B&W. I'm sure they'll love this shot.

this is so touching. i love the ppwork. very apt in black and white.

Hoi Werner,
Very moody photo !
Good capture of this intime moment. The vignette effect helps in this.
Also the b&w presentation do give it a special effect.
