Hot pepper sauce is one of my not so secret vices - I like very spicy food. This is a commercial shrine to hot sauce in a local grocery.
I must admit feeling ambivalent towards it. On one hand, this display can provide the most violent of spices in bottles labeled "Scorned Woman" and "Sharkbite" - and you must admit that a real (retired) fire engine adds even more spice to the zest. On the other, it does seem wretched excess to have hundreds of varieties of hot sauce to choose from.
I apologize for the tight crop - was unable to get a better POV.

genial idea for a stand

Hi Greg, ha the famous hot sauces. I like it a lot, but maybe I would have chosen red flames as a border. Very nice though.
