It's a good idea to feed the crows and gives you an opportunity to bring them in to photograph, especially in winter when food is scarce. Do it enough and they will get used to it making it easier on you! For me personally it's a shame that the detail in the crow's head area is so soft and lacking detail which I'm guessing is where the crow is starting to move off - I like the wing blur, that gives it life but would have liked to see the head sharp. As these birds are coming down to feed, maybe feeding them somewhere where the sun shines on them from behind you (as much as possible) and maybe open up the aperture a little to around F5.6 or so to give you a faster shutter speed? Just some ideas ...
