|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French]|
|This unique home was built around 1820 by Noyes and Knapp families. She was witness to the beginning of all the history of the wood industry in the Eastern Townships for that is the place where Cyrus Clarke asked the help of Knapp in 1854 to build the greatess sawmill in eastern Canada is responsible for the first major developments in the region and even beyond.
