This old school I discovered by chance on Rang 4 de Simpson near St-Cyrille-de-Wendover . It surprised me to see how well it is preserved
J'ai découvert cette vieille école par hasard en passant sur le rang 4 de Simpson vers St-Cyrille-de-Wendover. Je fus surprise qu'elle soit en si bon état.

I like this shot. It has an almost mysterious spooky feel to it.

Greetings Jacline,
It is good to see your activity on TL again.I believe you live in one of Canada's scenic & beautiful areas,the Eastern Townships. A wonderful find this old school house, I like the style of its architecture, I would imagine it did not have to many schoolchildren,but those that were taught here, received a great education.I like your angle for this composition it allows us an informative viewing of the Schoolhouse as well as its surroundings. I like that you captured this, when the trees were without foliage allowing us to view the main subject clearly.

Tu t'es faite bien discrète ces derniers temps et c'est bon de te retrouver à nouveau sur Treklens. J'aime bien les vieilles écoles et j'en possède déjà une bonne collection; mais je n'ai jamais vu celle qui tu nous offres aujourd'hui.Je la trouve bien jolie dans son décor forestier. On dirait qu'elle a été transformée ne cabane à sucre.
Le point de vue est très intéressant et la scène bucolique me plait beaucoup. Une belle image sous un beau ciel contrasté et des teintes automnales qui ont perduré jusqu'au printemps..
La lumière et la profondeur de champ sont excellentes.

Je passerai y jeter un coup d'oeil un jour.
